I could not help but notice the heavy presence of Black on the red carpet at the golden globes 2013, I was taken aback by this because I expected colors, an extravagant display of colors, but so many stars opted for Black. I guess the stars wanted to play safe with black or they wanted to scream Elegance without looking like they tried too hard. Some nailed it so elegantly, while some wore it with so much fiery, Some did okay with it and some went wrong with it (It stills amazes me when someone goes wrong with Black! Aaargh!) . I don't want to be the judge this time, I'd allow you decide for yourself. Enjoy!

Ladies in White at the Oscar 2015...Lets Go!
I will be focusing on the ladies in white at the Oscars, and the after party. Those who slayed for me and those who did not.
For those who slayed, I will start off with Solange at the Vanity fair after party, in a white long-sleeved confection by Naeem Khan. She looked divine and i personally love the over all look. Slayed!
Next is Beyonce, also in a white long-sleeve dress by Stella McCartney. Need I say more...Slayed of course.
Moving on is Miranda Kerr in a white low-cut with metallic embellishment by Emilio Pucci. She definitely slayed with her hair swept to one side and her stunning figure fitted well in the dress.
Natalie Portman in a simple white gown by Dior, but she wore it beautifully with an emerald earrings and a silver clutch. She completed the look with a sleek up do. A very classy and simple look, although some might say its a little boring, but then again we are talking about Natalie Portman here.
Alright, moving on to Zendaya in this white body hugging dress by Vivienne Westwood. She slayed! Simple. There have been controversy concerning her choice of hair style and i would like to add that there is no harm in standing out and been different. I love the hair personally, it gave the look a funky vibe yet still classy.
Marion Cotillard in a white sleeveless dress by Dior Couture. Now some will not agree with me for adding this look, she was nominated for worst dressed on some forum and some even said it reminded them of Sushi, but I love it and she slayed. This is the kind of dress I would wear when I
am not in the mood for a body hugging, low-cut, long-sleeved look.
Jenna Dewan Tatum, hot wife of the also hot Mr. Channing Tatum, talk about over dose of hotness! whew! *fans my face*. Alright back to work, she slayed in a Zuhair Murad plunging, belted white dress. She completed the look with a sleek ponytail and an orange lipstick. I love the earrings!
Resse Witherspoon slays and stayed classy in a Tom Ford white dress with a touch of black.
Now moving on to those who did not slay in my books.
Starting off with Lady Gaga, as my fellow Naija people will ask, Bet Why? Here's Lady Gaga in custom Azzedine Alaia.
Finally Naomi Watts in a white pantsuit at the Vanity Fair After party, its a nice pant suit, i just did not like it on her.

Hats! Hats!! Hats!!!
Can i simply say it's the hats season again and everyone is having fun with this fashion accessory. Yes it's fun because you can dress up or down with it. There are various kind of hats out there, from cocktail hats to cartwheel hats to hats with veil and even the ever amazing fedora. Also it's a fashion accessory for both male and female.
It's one fashion accessory that always finds its way to the front scene and never gets old.
My mum was sorting out her wardrobe and discarded some stuff. I saw two hats and I quickly grasp them. She's had them forever and I rocked it to church that Sunday. I received some many compliments, I blushed all through. I'll probably pass them to my kids.
Also inspired me to go out and get one for Sunny days.
I believe every woman should have at least one delectable hat in her wardrobe, simply because you cannot go wrong with it.
As always I have compiled a collection of different people rocking their hats to inspire you on how you can rock yours. Enjoy!

Style Feature - Jane Fonda
Jane Fonda is an amazing actress, my colleagues always tease me that i use the word amazing all the time and they are right, lol, but i just have to say this again, Jane Fonda is amazing. I have four favorite movies, they are my favorite because i never get tired of watching them, never! I have seen three of them about twenty times each, no kidding. The fourth one is recent and i have seen it about three times already. Jane Fonda featured in two these movies, now that's something.
l recommend that you look out for her movies and watch. It would be worth your while.
To add icing to the cake, she is a classy, elegant and fashionable woman.
